I use it to modulate the composition of bcaa
I take varying doses of leucine along with classic bcaa 2 1 1. Depending on the season there are different effects because they also have an effect on thermogenesis these amino acids and therefore I am better off taking stronger doses in the warm season and instead lighter doses in the winter season during which they take other amino acids that I judge to be more suitable for the cold months.

Good quality leucine, I use it often throughout the day. Like all leucines it is not perfectly soluble, it tends to settle on the surface of the water, so if you try to dissolve it by adding it to the glass you will find it more difficult. Much better to use a shaker, the effect will be just a few bubbles of easily drinkable foam. The taste tends to bitterness of course, but just mixing a scoop of it to 3-400 ml of sweetened beverage will mitigate it a lot. When placed in a protein shaker or sweet shake, on the other hand, it is not even noticeable.
Leucina di buona qualità, la uso spesso durante la giornata. Come tutte le leucine non è perfettamente solubile, tende a depositarsi sulla superficie dell'acqua, perciò se cercate di scioglierla aggiungendola al bicchiere vi sarà più difficile. Molto meglio usare uno shaker, l'effetto sarà solo qualche bollicina di schiuma facilmente bevibile. Il sapore tende all'amaro naturalmente, ma è sufficiente mescolarne un misurino a 3-400 ml di bevanda dolcificata per attenuarlo molto. Se inserita in uno shaker di proteine o in un frullato dolce invece non si nota nemmeno.
