The quality-price ratio is very good.The effectiveness is very subjective, combining it with creatine seems to be a fairly endorsed effectiveness, so for price I think it is worth adding it to creatine.As for the itching, it is true, at first I noticed them a lot, but I was playing with the dose and lowering it a bit and no longer noticed them.

I bought this article given the numerous scientific information that there is talking about the benefits it has, for the moment I have not noticed any significant improvement in terms of physical performance, the only thing that the congestion I feel is different but I do not know if it is psychological. I have to say that I was not expecting miracles either. He de decir que tampoco esperaba milagros. Además, me produce picores cada vez que la tome independientemente de la dosis, pues he probado dividendo tomas y bajando la dosis y nada. No repetiré, pero cada cuerpo es un mundo y puede que yo sea no respondedor. Aún así el precio es bastante asequible y esta avalada por numerosos estudios, por tanto, no es una mala elección si eres respondedor.
