La compré porque me la recomendó un amigo en combinación con la creatina y el tiempo que estuve noté como mi recuperación entre series mejoró. Aunque me hizo más efecto para series de ejercicio aeróbico que de fuerza o entrenos más largos. Por lo que creo que es ideal combinarla con creatina porque son muy complementarias. Es normal que al principio de un ligero picor en los dedos de las manos a los 10-15 minutos por lo que mejor tomar un poco antes de ir a entrenar y ya en el entreno te olvidas, se pasa y no es nada de lo que preocuparse. El paquete cunde mucho tiempo y no es caro de precio. Recomendable para quienes suelan hacer entrenos largos 2 horas o + con aeróbico sobre todo para retrasar la fatiga muscular.

Like all Beta alanine can give a stinging sensation in the face at the beginning, but when you have used it enough it does not happen, otherwise I do notice effectiveness in prolonged efforts. I do not see it as useful for the gym as for very long bike rides where I used to get the typical ramps due to lactic acid accumulation and with this product you avoid it.

Como toda Beta alanina puede dar sensación de picor en la cara al principio, pero cuando la has usado bastante ya no ocurre, por lo demás yo sí noto efectividad en esfuerzos prolongados. No la veo tan útil para el gimnasio como para las rutas muy largas en bici donde antes me dan las típicas rampas por acumulación de ácido láctico y con este producto lo evitas.
