Citrulline malate powder
It is quite noticeable
I have not tried pills because of the price, the effect is immediate. It has a sour taste but it is bearable I take it with Arginine as well.

Complies
It is good although it must be a constant one to see results as almost all similar products, it dissolves well.

If it works
I have yet to try it in the gym but on the bike I have noticed a very good change my legs are much better I do not feel that heaviness and fatigue that I usually felt at high paces, no doubt I think it will be one of my must-haves.

More necessary than we think
As a precursor of NO, in these first days, it seems to be proving to be a good vasodilator. We are going to give him a period of 3 weeks but, this first one, once the intakes were adjusted, I had my doubts, I would say that he is responding as expected.

Improve your performance
Mixing it with bcaas, glutamine and creatine creates a good combo to clearly improve performance during training or competitions. Mixing it with everything I have not noticed any unpleasant taste.
