En mi opinión la dosis es excesiva al menos en lo relativo al ácido malico. El cual por separado la web recomienda 800 mg diarios y en este producto que está en ratio 2:1 te dicen de tomar 10 gramos al día en 2 dosis de 5 g
Respecto al producto, es cierto que se nota el efecto pero si entrenas todos los días y lo tomas a diario a mí por lo menos me provoca molestias gastrointestinales y eso que solo tomaba 1 dosis de 5g no los 10 que recomiendan....... Me está funcionando mejor menos dosis y dividida

La dosis del ácido málico como complemento alimenticio en sí mismo, y del malato presente como parte del complejo de citrulina malato no son equiparables, por lo que no tienes de qué preocuparte. La dosis está establecida en base a firmes informes de seguridad y de eficacia y no se ha visto asociada a molestias digestivas incluso en tomas únicas de 10g, de todos modos, si te funciona mejor dividir más la dosis, no hay problemas con hacerlo.
