I take it 1 hour before training and 1 hour before sleeping, I split the dose. I recover sooner and have less fatigue after training. I recommend it, to say something bad about this supplement is the taste, I recommend taking it with juice. It is somewhat acidic so to speak.

Sour with power
You should bear in mind that malate is malic acid and the product is therefore very acidic. Rather unsuitable for sensitive stomachs like mine. Even though the effect is great, I have now had to switch to a pure L-citrulline base product. It is better tolerated but has a somewhat weaker effect than the combination with malate. It's best to try the 150 g pack and test it for stomach tolerance.
Man sollte bedenken, dass Malat Apfelsäure ist und das Produkt daher sehr sauer. Für empfindliche Mägen wie meinen eher ungeeignet. Auch wenn die Wirkung top ist, musste ich nun zu einem reinen L-Citrullin Base Produkt wechseln.
Bessere Verträglichkeit, jedoch wirkt es etwas abgeschwächter als die Kombi mit Malat.
Am besten mal die 150 g Packung probieren und auf Magenverträglichkeit testen.
