You notice the pumping
It is a must in my pre-workouts. The congestions that are achieved are brutal and you notice how the muscles fill up. I recommend it

Good
It is not neutral...it leaves a taste between acid and sour. I recommend mixing it with juices.

Citrulline malate powder
Great enhancer
Vasodilator and enhancer that is really noticeable if ingested in the pre-workout. For people who have base level is not worth buying, but if you are already at a level where it costs to improve is highly recommended.
