If I take citrulline malate it has a great effect but I have to live with the side effects that malic acid causes me such as headache and diarrhea because it seems that I do not tolerate it well nor the fermented ones although this citrulline is not fermented because I have been informed, the day they bring out citrulline without malic acid from hsn I will buy it without hesitation. Just because it doesn't feel good to me doesn't mean it's bad, the congestion I had was unbelievable but also the side effects.
Si tomo la citrulina malato me hace mucho efecto pero tengo que convivir con los efectos secundarios que me causa el ácido málico como dolor de cabeza y diarrea por qué parece ser que no lo tolero bien ni tampoco los fermentados aunque esta citrulina no está fermentada por qué ya me informaron, el día que saquen la citrulina sin ácido málico de hsn lo compraré sin dudarlo.
Que a mí no me siente bien no significa que sea malo, las congestiones que tenía eran increíbles pero también los efectos secundarios.
