Perfect
Neutral flavor, to be mixed with other components (glycerol, beta-alanine or whatever you want). Perfect to make a "pre-workout" to your liking.

Citrulline malate powder
Does not suit me
If I take citrulline malate it has a great effect but I have to live with the side effects that malic acid causes me such as headache and diarrhea because it seems that I do not tolerate it well nor the fermented ones although this citrulline is not fermented because I have been informed, the day they bring out citrulline without malic acid from hsn I will buy it without hesitation. Just because it doesn't feel good to me doesn't mean it's bad, the congestion I had was unbelievable but also the side effects.

Citrulline malate powder
Lemon-like flavor.
1 scoop of citrulline + 1 scoop of l arginine on an empty stomach and the same at night before going to bed (I train in the morning) Very good congestion. The mixed taste tastes better to me.

Citrulline malate powder
Decent pre-workout
This along with the caffeine and creatine are great as a pre-workout, but the taste is extremely strong, it is very hard to take.
