Sabor muy muy ácido. Sobre gustos... habrá a los que les desagrade, pero en mi caso no es así. Como zumo de limón sin azúcar ;-) En cuanto a la efectividad, he notado que entre repeticiones hay una mejor y más rápida recuperación. Supongo que le tendré que dar tiempo para comprobar si al finalizar la semana de entreno no vuelvo a tener esa fatiga muscular.
