These vitamin C capsules are fantastic, I feel more energetic and my skin looks radiant. They are very easy to take and don't cause me any stomach discomfort. The only thing I wish is that the dosage was half as we supposedly can't absorb more than 200mg at one time, so the rest is expelled and I feel it's wasting the product....
