I like the vitamin C, 500 mg that I buy from HSN. At the beginning of the pandemic, I used to buy vitamin C, 1000 mg but nowadays, I prefer to buy the 500 mg bottles because the capsules are easier to swallow. Also, it is no longer necessary to take so much vitamin C because we have increased our intake of other vitamins and more diversified foods. Al inicio de la pandemia, compraba la vitamina C, 1000 mg pero en estos momentos, prefiero comprar los botes de 500 mg porque las capsulas son mas fáciles de tragar. También ya no es mas necesario tomar tanta vitamina C porque ampliamos el consumo de otras vitaminas y de alimentos mas diversificados. La efectividad será buena porque no hemos tenido ni resfriados ni gripes por todo este año.

Super effective for everything
For us it is a basic must-have. It is fantastic, very effective and powerful. We take it 365 days a year. Since we have been taking it (which is already a long time) we have been sick very rarely.
