Excellent dissolution
The powder is superfine and dissolves even with little water (although it is recommended to take it with at least 200ml of water). The taste is slightly acidic, but nothing particular. The presentation, in terms of packaging, has a problem that occurs with more products: the mouth of the sachet is so narrow that it is very difficult to insert the hand to take the small dispenser and fill it. About benefits and effectiveness, everything I have read is positive and seems to be supported by studies, but as it usually happens, I can't confirm it and even less now that I just started taking it. I will follow the pattern of 12 days of taking it and then rest, as I have seen that it is usually recommended.
El polvo es superfino y se disuelve incluso con poca agua (aunque se recomienda tomarlo con al menos 200ml de agua). El sabor es ligeramente ácido, pero nada particular.
La presentación, en cuanto al envasado, tiene un problema que ocurre con más productos: la boca de la bolsita es tan estrecha, que se hace muy difícil introducir la mano para coger el pequeño dosificador y llenarlo.
Sobre beneficios y efectividad, todo lo que he leído es positivo y parece estar avalado por estudios, pero como suele ocurrir, no puedo confirmarlo y menos ahora que apenas comencé a tomarlo. Seguiré el patrón de 12 días de toma y luego descanso, como he visto que se suele recomendar.
