This is a protein with quite good characteristics. Most of the time I use it in combination with other lower quality but flavored proteins. If it were for a definition or competition goal I would take it alone or with natural fruits like pineapple or strawberry.

Does not dissolve well when hot
The product itself is very good, no sweeteners, no flavor...but I wanted to add it to hot coffee and I have to put very little amount because otherwise, it does not dissolve and remains smeared at the bottom of the cup. And I use a blender to mix it. I will not repeat. I will continue to take the bovine collagen which dissolves very well.
El producto en sí está muy bien, sin edulcorantes, nada de sabor...pero yo lo quería para añadir al café caliente y tengo que poner muy poca cantidad porque si no, no se disuelve y queda barrillo en el fondo de la taza. Y eso que uso batidora para mezclar. No repetiré. Seguiré tomando el colágeno bovino que se disuelve genial.
