Good no-flavor, good protein, mix a bit worse
I love this product, it provides a lot of protein, little fat and little carbohydrate. It does not give any flavor, I bought it to be able to drink my protein latte without changing the flavor, it mixes well cold, in the shaker, but when hot it mixes a little worse, some more lumps come out, and it makes more foam than other flavored proteins. The same as when I mix it with oatmeal, I make the typical porridge.
Me encanta este producto, aporta mucha proteína, poca grasa y poco carbohidrato. No da nada de sabor, la compré para poder tomarme mi café con leche proteico sin cambiarle el sabor se mezcla bien en frio, en el shaker, pero en caliente mezcla un poquito peor, sale algún grumo de más, y hace mas espuma que otras proteínas de sabores. Igual que cuando la mezclo con avena, me hago el tipico porridge.
