I loved that there was this way to take the tablet, by sucking it and letting it dissolve under the tongue, because I've taken vitamin B 12 in other forms like drops—the oil goes rancid; in capsules I have to open them and put them in water, since I can't swallow capsules or tablets, this way of taking it is great, and the price and quantity of the packaging are well worth it. I'll definitely buy it again!

Adorei que tivesse esta forma de tomar o comprimido, a chupar e dissolver debaixo da língua, pois já tomei vitamnina b12 de outras formas como em gotas o óleo fica rançoso, em cápsulas tenho de abrir e colocar na água, como não consigo engolir cápsulas e nem comprimidos, esta forma de tomar é ótima, e o preço e a quantidade da embalagem compensa bastante. Vou repetir sem dúvida !
