I have noticed a lot of creatine in my gym routines. I strength train 3 days a week and before I often had stiffness and since taking creatine this has changed radically. I also notice that lifting the same weight the effort is less. The product has no taste but since it does not dissolve I personally do not like to take it with water because the sensation is like drinking water with sand.
