Creatine

I always take this one and the truth is that I do quite well, in my case I do not retain any liquids. Highly recommended to give that plus in the gym.

Creatine monohydrate a new supplement for me

HSN Creatine Monohydrate is new to me because the months I've been taking creatine, it has been the Excell Creapure 100% and the truth is that I am very satisfied. I received a free sample for Black Friday 2024 and now I can objectively evaluate this variant, unknown to me.

Creatine Excell (100% Creapure®) powder

Excellent creatine

Excellent creatine at a reasonable price with the Creapure seal and very good assimilation. As it has a neutral flavor I take it along with proteins.

Creatine Excell (100% Creapure®) powder

Good and competitively priced.

I have been using it for quite some time now and I am happy with the result. I use it not only for training, but also for intense periods of study where I have to be focused. I started out buying the 150g format but when I saw that it really works for me, I switched to the 500g, which has a better price/quantity ratio.
