Creatine Excell (100% Creapure®) powder

Indispensable

For me a basic in my supplementation cupboard, personally I take it in its raw version mixed with protein after training. Totally neutral flavor.

Creatine Excell (100% Creapure®) powder

One of the best options for taking quality creatine

Creatine with the creapure seal that guarantees its purity and quality. First time I'm going to take creatine after years of training, I do not know if I will notice or not the effects but it is one of the most studied supplements and the benefits go beyond physical performance. If I notice effects, I will always take it, and if not, I will take it seasonally, since it must be taken daily to saturate the reserves in the body.
