My hair was falling out
I was taking this creatine for a few months and just in the period I was taking it, I noticed a strong fall of my hair. The bathtub was full of hair, along with the bathroom floor. For those who think that it could be due to stress or other causes, I will say that just a month after I stopped taking this creatine, the hair loss stopped. I have tried other brands and this phenomenon does not occur. Perhaps it could be due to the creapure certification that to date I have only taken the monohydrate. This is not to say that the same thing can happen to others, as each body is different.
Estuve tomando esta creatina durante unos meses y justo en el periodo en el que estuve tomando, noté una fuerte caída de mi cabello. La bañera se llenaba de pelos, junto con el suelo del baño. Para los que opinen de que pueda deberse a estrés u otras causas, diré que justo al mes de dejar de tomar esta creatina, paró la caída del pelo. He probado otras marcas y no ocurre este fenómeno. Quizás pueda deberse a la certificación creapure que hasta la fecha solo he tomado la monohidrato.
Con esto no quiero decir que al resto pueda ocurrirle lo mismo ya que cada cuerpo es un mundo.
