A basic supplement for that extra protein our body needs. I recommend the salted caramel flavor, my favorite. I personally do not recommend the cookie/cream flavor. I don't think it's very successful and the taste is too sweet. If you find your flavor, this is a good protein.
Un suplemento básico para ese extra de proteína que nuestro cuerpo necesita. Recomiendo el sabor de caramelo salado, mi preferido. Personalmente no recomiendo el sabor galleta/crema. No me parece que esté muy logrado y además el sabor es demasiado dulce. Si encuentras tu sabor, esta es una buena proteína.
