Some flavors could be improved
They foam a lot and do not dissolve quickly at times. Flavors like raspberry or cheesecake are quite improvable. I recommend strawberry-banana, the best.
Hacen mucha espuma y no terminan de disolverse rápidamente en ocasiones. Los sabores como frambuesa o tarta de queso son bastante mejorables. Recomiendo fresa-plátano, el mejor.

The protein in this product has been obtained through a cross process of microfiltration and mechanical ultrafiltration at controlled temperature, which causes its solubility to be complete and form a homogeneous mixture with skim milk or water. We recommend that you shake the mixture vigorously in a shaker to achieve your complete blend. Foaming is not a characteristic process of Evolate 2.0, and if it does occur, it is minor and disappears in seconds (as if you shake any other mixture). Te recomendamos que agites vigorosamente la mezcla en un shaker para conseguir tu mezcla completa.
La formación de espuma no es un proceso característico de Evolate 2.0, y en caso de que ocurriera, es menor y desaparece en segundos (como si agitas cualquier otra mezcla).

I liked it very much, I tried the flavor of cheesecake with red fruits and it is very good. It dissolves very well, I use it for snacking at work since I don't have time, and I mix it with water, very good and it satiates you. I have also tried it for breakfast mixed with milk, and it tastes better and is thicker. Se disuelvo muy bien, lo uso para merendar en trabajo ya que no tengo tiempo, y lo mezclo con agua, muy bueno y te sacia. También lo he probado para desayunar mezclado con Leche, y queda más bueno de sabor y de espeso. Seguiré comprado por que me ha encantado pero quiero ir probando los otros sabores para saber cual es mejor.
