I usually take them with protein yogurt. I've tried four flavors and I recommend the lemon and the banana and strawberry (it's a petitsuis literally!!!!). The berry one is borderline bad. The one that is insurmountable for me is the white chocolate and peanuts. It tastes exaggeratedly sweet and very little to what it promises. With yogurt it is edible but I would not buy it again.
Yo me las suelo tomar con yogur de proteínas. He probado cuatro sabores y recomiendo el de limón y el de plátano y fresa (es un petitsuis literalmente!!!). La de frutos del bosque está tirando a mala. La que es insalvable para mí es la de chocolate blanco y cacahuetes. Sabe exageradamente dulce y muy poco a lo que promete. Con yogur que es comestible pero no la volvería a comprar.
