Very useful to have it at home for when it's needed in the diet
I find it a really interesting supplement to have at home and use on those days we don't reach the dietary requirements. I don't like the taste of milk, but I blend a bit of frozen fruit (blueberries or another) with water and mix it with the protein, and the acidity of the fruit makes it easier to take because it masks the sweet, milky flavor that the product has.
Me parece un suplemento muy interesante para tenerlo en casa y utilizarlo aquellos días que no llegamos con los requerimientos de la dieta. No me gusta el sabor de la leche, pero bato un poco de fruta congelada (arándanos u otra) con agua y mezclo con la proteína y la acidez de la fruta me hace más fácil tomarla porque disimula el sabor dulzón y a leche que tiene el producto.
