Needed night food

It’s working. I once took just this casein 3 hours before bed, and 2 hours later I felt like I hadn’t eaten anything, so it definitely takes a few hours to digest.

Quality casein

I take it unflavored, because that way I can mix it with any flavoring. I mix it with a sweetener and instant coffee. complete amino acid profile. It thickens a lot; with slow absorption it helps me in nutrition plans for weight loss or maintenance. The worst part is the zip closure, which isn’t of very good quality.

Micellar casein

Nice texture and very convenient to take before bed.

A simple casein with no unnecessary ingredients. I especially like that it’s a pretty clean formula and easy to fit into your diet. The neutral flavor option is also handy if you want to combine it with other foods or preparations.

Good protein

It's my first time buying it since I always use the isolate, but to be honest I'm really liking it a lot. It's slow-release, which helps me not feel hungry during the long periods I go without eating. I'll buy again.

Volveré a comprar.

Good product.

Neutral flavor: it dissolves well, though it’s bland since it’s neutral, but you can add flavors or cocoa powder and it turns out great

Micellar casein

Very good

I really liked it. Since it's unflavored, it works well in many recipes and also makes smoothies creamier. The only thing I'd change is the container: it's a little awkward to use.

Me gustó bastante.
