Good option
I used it for a while to mix with yogurt at night. I liked it but prefer to buy flavored.

Micellar casein
Protein at night
It was recommended to me at the gym to recover at night. I am also following a diet where instead of dinner, I replace it with casein and the truth is that it is quite satiating.

Good dissolution
Neutral flavor of good dissolution, ideal to combine with oatmeal, cocoa or any other natural supplement to give it flavor. I recommend it.

Good taste and assimilation but poor dissolution
Although it is unflavored, it has a very pleasant milky taste, I take it just before going to sleep and it feels great, I do not feel heaviness or discomfort. If I have to put any drawback would be that it is quite difficult to dissolve always remain lumps.

Works well before bedtime
I take it before bedtime and it is true that it is difficult to mix, but with patience it dilutes perfectly like protein, its milky neutral taste makes it easy to take at night.

Micellar casein
Protein for the night
Micellar casein is the native form of casein. I use it in the evening phase to have a slow release of amino acids during the night.

The closure to seal the bag is very bad.
The casein is very good. The zipper that seals the bag is of very poor quality, it costs a lot to close it and it breaks on each and every package I buy.

Very good tasteless option
My first unflavored protein product. I use it with yogurts and fruits and it does not affect the taste of the fruits. Good texture in mixes.
