I always have it ready for when I am going to spend a long period of time without ingesting anything, such as at night. Sometimes I have woken up hungry and with this protein there is no such problem. The neutral flavor is good to take with anything as in a dessert, with instant coffee, fat-free cocoa. A great option

I take it at night and I notice that it promotes muscle recovery, especially in the hardest workouts that cause stiffness. It dissolves well in everything and I recommend mixing the unflavored variant with milk rather than water. You have to be a little careful when pouring it because the texture and lightness of casein, similar to flour, makes a small amount easily poured.

La tomo por las noches y se nota que que favorece la recuperación muscular, especialmente en los entrenos más duros que provocan agujetas. Se disuelve bien en todo y recomiendo mezclar la variante sin sabor con leche mejor que con agua. Hay que tener un poco de cuidado al echarlo porque, la textura y ligereza de la caseína, similar a la harina, hace que una pequeña cantidad se vierta fácilmente.
