Good

Anyone looking for a good casein will definitely be satisfied with this. The taste didn't knock my socks off, but it's perfectly fine.

My first experience

It takes longer to prepare due to its neutral taste, for those who don't like the taste of powder with water, but it's totally worth it due to its very good nutritional composition. I didn't find a scoop in my packet, so it takes even longer to prepare... I use it on training days before bed with a little fruit and water.

Perfect

Very good flavor, slightly sweet milk powder. Not very easy to dissolve but it dissolves and feels good.

Good for recipes

Good protein for recipes. It leaves a fairly dense texture and is very satiating. You have to be brave to take it bareback with water, if you do not add some cocoa or milk, vegetable drink tastes like hell.

Excellent

I think I've finally found the smoothie I love, because I like them creamy, I prepare a smoothie with almond drink, casein and banana or a scoop of HSN protein pudding of mango, strawberry or pineapple, I crush everything and it's delicious! I love that it's neutral flavor and unsweetened because sometimes they are too sweet sweetened. So I'm marrying this and the HSN Protein Pudding.

Good product

Very good casein, for prolonged release. You prepare a great dessert, but it is difficult to find the point of liquid it needs, you have to keep trying.

Too heavy for my digestion

I tried it as a variant to whey protein and I was not convinced, too heavy for people who suffer from digestive problems and it is difficult to mix in the shake. In its favor, it contains branched chain amino acids (BCAA), so it is recommended for people who do not have problems with its absorption.

Excellent product

The Raw range for me is the best, first of all because of its macros and then because the flavor is very neutral (it still tastes quite milky) and it becomes a very versatile product depending on what flavor is added, such as banana, cocoa or peanut. I will repeat for sure because it is my favorite protein for the evening.
