More than acceptable
For its price, I find it great. I've already taken it several times before training and I notice the effect quite quickly, and it also lasts throughout the workout. The only bad thing I see is that, if you want to take it intra-workout, I do not recommend using it in a normal plastic water bottle, or you will have to throw it away later, because the smell and taste that it leaves is bad. The pineapple flavor is somewhat artificial.
Por su precio, lo encuentro genial. Ya lo he tomado varias veces un rato antes de entrenar y el efecto lo noto bastante rápido, y además perdura a lo largo de todo el entrenamiento. Lo único malo que le veo es que, como quieras tomarlo intra-entreno, no te recomiendo usarlo en una botella de agua normal de plástico, o tendrás que tirarla después, porque el olor y sabor que le deja es malo. El sabor a piña es algo artificial.
