I repeat the same as Evowhey although here the packaging is less annoying it is still worse than before and it is not so noticeable in the price... luckily I keep an old bottle, but bcaas are very good.

In my times of intermittent fasting bcaa is my usual breakfast. I had been taking the lemon ones for years, but I was a little tired and I tried the fruit punch. I was very pleasantly surprised, it has a very addictive lollipop aftertaste, hahahaha. The only downside I would put is that after a few weeks they are like caked, maybe because I live on the coast and there is a lot of humidity.
En mis épocas de ayuno intermitente los bcaa son mi desayuno habitual. Llevaba años tomando los de limón que de sabor no está nada mal, pero estaba un poco cansado y probé el ponche de frutas. Me ha sorprendido muy gratamente, tiene un regustillo como a piruleta bastante adictivo, hahahaha. La única pega que le pondría es que pasadas unas semanas se quedan como apelmazados, quizás porque vivo en la costa y hay mucha humedad.
