I prefer another flavor
I don't dislike this flavor, but I end up getting tired, in my opinion there are richer flavors of this same product. Its effectiveness will depend on the amount ingested and the activity performed per day. For gaining muscle mass protein is preferable but if you are looking to bulk up quickly this is a great help. I recommend buying a jar to store it (sold right here).

Su efectividad dependerá de la cantidad que se ingiera y de la actividad que se realice al día.
Para ganar masa muscular es preferible la proteína pero si buscas aumentar volumen rápidamente esto es de gran ayuda.
Recomiendo comprar un bote para almacenarlo (aquí mismo venden).
