I had not read about the properties of Malic Acid in supplementation, but it has some interesting qualities. Malic in supplementation, but it has quite a few interesting qualities. I use it exclusively to make smoothies with vegetables like lettuce and spinach sprouts combined with fruits with some acidity like kiwis or apples + lemon, it enhances the flavors very well and makes the smoothie even more delicious, so I recommend it!!!
