It is the first time I buy vitamin C, with the aim of improving the efficiency of medication for hypothyroidism. It has a pleasant citrus flavor and takes perfectly. For the quantity, I think it will last me a year. But if you want to adjust the dosage well, don't forget to add the little piece as it happened to me.
