Recuperator for more demanding training days, I use them both in strength and in a very demanding cardio. They are really a wonderful help to have a better recovery and nutrition, you do not feel hungry, you notice that your body (muscles) are well nourished for proper recovery. The only thing I recommend is to mix it with something that covers the taste a little bit, even if it is neutral.

The idea has spread that to take BCAAs it is better to buy EEAAs, which have all the essential amino acids. In my opinion, for intra and post workout BCAAs are better because they do not contain tryptophan and will never make you sleepy.
