Excellent bioavailability and zero discomfort!

I chose this bisglycinate version because it's a chelated form, which guarantees a much higher absorption. It's extremely gentle on the stomach and the 3 mg dose is perfectly adjusted. I especially recommend it because I take zinc supplements.

Approved

The bisglycinate form is much more advantageous due to its high absorption. It causes zero nausea. Impacts on the formation of collagen and elastin, prevents the appearance of gray hair and more.

Chelated copper (3mg copper)

Testing it for gray hair

I'm trying it because they say it helps delay the appearance of gray hair, and since there aren't many supplements for this I'm going to see how it goes.
