Not suitable for everyone
It turns out that I was not retaining liquids but calories...so apparently it had no effect on me. On the other hand, I have been particularly constipated during the time I have been on the bottle. I thought it was from not drinking enough water in the summer, but increasing my water intake (and fiber) didn't correct it, until I finished it. I guess I am not the target audience for this product.

I bought it thinking it would not be as effective, but I was very wrong. You take the product as directed and drink water constantly and you notice how you are draining water as you drink.
