One of my regulars
To be honest, I don't know if epicatechin really has this myostatin inhibiting effect, but just in case, it is usually my fixed supplements. What I do notice is the effect of ashwaganda on sleep. I take it shortly before bedtime and it is rare that I don't fall asleep soon.

It works
I notice it for sleeping better, now I get to dream every night and I don't wake up at all, and I keep the muscle harder between days and more strength in general, I love it.

A good push
I notice an increase in strength during training, as well as a decrease in post-workout pain. If I take it on an empty stomach dissolved in a little water, it serves as a pre-workout.
