It is the second one I buy, obviously it does not work miracles, you have to combine it with diet and exercise, the smell is quite pleasant and the absorption is good, I have delicate skin and I have not had any problems. They could make bigger bottles.

It has good touch in its warming effect besides not possessing bad smell as it usually happens with other brands. As for use, I used to alternate with the timing: once in the morning and at night, or before exercise; both ways worked well for me. I am happy with the product.
