Evokalyn alkaline creatine
Easy to take at any time
I have been using it for a short time but it seems effective, in a while I will see the result and compare it with the powder, I have chosen this one because it is easier for me to ingest.

For people who move around a lot.
For me it is the most comfortable way to take creatine. I am a person who only comes home to sleep because of my work, so taking creatine in capsules helps me not to have to go back and forth with a bag and sachet, with the inconvenience it causes. Its performance is for me, exactly the same as creatine in sachet format.
