Evokalyn alkaline creatine

Performs well

Personally I like it better in powder form but this option is the best if you are just starting out, easy to consume.

Good option

For me personally, creatine monohydrate in the long term gave me digestive problems, with this one it doesn't happen, the presentation is very convenient, two pills a day and ready, much easier to carry.

My favorite creatine

As always in HSN, quality at a good price, unbeatable. One of my basics in my supplementation. The format is perfect for me.

I can recommend

Good to take but possibly not as effective as a powder. However, I still prefer to take the capsules.

Evokalyn alkaline creatine

So far so good

Before I always took Creatine Creapure and I switched to this one because my trainer told me that it was better for assimilation of components and at the same time it has less fluid retention at the cellular level. I've been taking it for 2 months and I've repeated the same bottle, let's see how it goes. For me the disadvantage compared to creatine powder is having to take 2 doses, I prefer one and that's it, and then the difference in price, this is more expensive.

Llevo 2 meses y he repetido bote, a ver que tal.
