The best protein

I have tried most of the hsn proteins, free amino acids, whey, casein, albumin, vegan, .... according to my genetics is the protein that has given me the best results in terms of anabolism and absence of digestive problems, plus the taste for my taste is very good. He probado la mayoría de las proteínas de hsn, aminoácidos libres, whey, caseina, albumina, veganas,.... acorde a mi genética es la proteína que mejor resultado me ha dado en cuanto a anabolismo y ausencia de problemas digestivos, además el sabor para mi gusto esta muy bueno. Otra ventaja es que al contrario que otras proteínas, no lleva mas que que aminoácidos, sodio y potasio, por lo que puedes utilizar mas dosis diarias sin crear desbalances en minerales o vitaminas.
