Twice the amount of Astaxanthin than most, adding vitamin E and vitamin A. The properties of Astaxanthin alone are brutal, a must have I would say. I've only been on it for 1 month so it's still early to judge it well. But I have a lot of good expectations.

I took it every other day with glutathione....maybe I overdid it ...because too many antioxidants are not very healthy in the long run anyway I took it in conjunction with glutathione reduced skin hair and overall appearance improved...to try without overdoing it
