Biotin 5000mcg
Recommended
I just started taking it and made a mistake, I usually bought the complex but this one seems to have a similar effect and for a lower price. So far no side effects and my body accepts it perfectly. Highly recommended product for a handful of euros you have enough for several months and the hair and nails grow at a very good speed.

I love it
I stopped taking it a few months ago and have started buying it again because I have noticed the difference when I stopped taking it, especially in nails and eyelashes.

Good
It is great for my hair, I recommend it in seasons like autumn when hair loss is more noticeable.

I have been using biotin for a month now and I have noticed that my hair falls out less and is stronger. Also, my nails grow faster and break less. I am very happy with the results.

I see no effects
I bought it because I had read that biotin was good for the hair but the truth is that I don't see the effectiveness.

Not bad
I believe that for those moments in which we have a caloric deficit or those people with certain health problems, its consumption is very favorable due to the multiple functions it performs.
