Strong hair
I started taking it because I have lost a lot of hair and although it is too early to evaluate it, I no longer lose so much hair when I wash it.

Biotin 5000mcg
It has been very good for me.
I have been taking HSN biotin for a while now and have noticed stronger hair and less hair loss. The capsules work well, although they taste a little weird when you take them. Still, it pays off in quality and results. Highly recommended.
Recomendable.
