Best way to supplement with magnesium
After trying different forms of magnesium I think this bisglycinate is the most interesting for the level of absorption and does not present intestinal problems, at least in my case. Considering my deficiency, taking magnesium gave me a lot of energy but after a few weeks it went down. One or two tablets and the headache disappeared, the aches and pains diminished and sleep came. On the other hand, after 3 tablets, the magnesium is consumed, so 2 are enough.
