Magnesium of good absorption.
Magnesium in its glycinate form is well absorbed and does not cause any digestive disturbance. Two tablets give 350 mg of elemental magnesium, so it is well priced. Avoid magnesium oxide, which is not absorbed and acts as a laxative. This is the magnesium supplement I would recommend, at an acceptable price.
