Good but

I usually take powder and used to digest it relatively well. From this I took two pills one night and it didn't agree with me at all. Since then if I take it in pill form I only take one, it serves to relax me and I don't really need any more. The tablet format is good for travel or if you don't like the rotten fish taste of the powdered version.

Normalmente tomo en polvo y lo solía digerir relativamente bien. De esto me tomé dos pastillas una noche y no me sentó del todo bien. Desde entonces si lo tomo en pastillas solo tomo una, me sirve para relajar y realmente no necesito mas. El formato pastilla viene bien para viajes o si no te gusta el sabor a pescado podrido de la versión en polvos ;).
