I have been taking it for a month because I had several muscle injuries. I like that it is in capsules and the size is adequate, but I find it uncomfortable to have to take two. Perhaps if it could be done in one, it would be more comfortable. The important thing is that I notice improvement in rest and recovery. Good price but when taking 2 a day, it lasts less than the powder version.

Quizás si se podría hacer en una sola, sería más cómodo. Lo importante es que noto mejoría en el descanso y la recuperación. Buen precio pero al ingerir 2 al día, dura menos que la versión polvo.
