Useless fat burner
I have been in a calorie deficit since April, with a high protein diet, a weight training routine and increasing my NEAT more and more. I was looking for a fat burner to help me finish sticking the skin to my abdomen and I was hoping that Raspberry Ketones would help me in my goal. I must say that it has not helped me at all. I take 2 capsules a day (one at breakfast and one at pre-workout) and I don't notice any increase in body temperature, nor have I increased the rate of fat burning.
