I have been taking Chitosan for years before large meals and it works for me. Normally the 500 mg that I had found until now, tripled the price and with the same composition. At HSN I have found it at a very reasonable price, so I do not change and I always replace it.

The capsules have a normal size and are swallowed without difficulty and have no taste, or at least, it does not give me time to get any flavor.

Whenever I'm going to eat a big meal or something heavy I take it before. I don't know if it helps to not absorb the fat from the food but you certainly feel much less bloated after eating and lighter.
